We’re looking for a full-stack Software Engineer to build the product and the systems behind it. You’ll own features from the first technical decisions through launch, working across user interfaces, backend services, and application automation.
What you’ll do
- Build features across job discovery, resume tailoring, automated applications, and employer replies.
- Develop fast, intuitive interfaces that make complex workflows easy to understand.
- Build backend services, APIs, and background workflows that keep applications moving reliably.
- Improve AI and browser automation through testing, evaluation, and production debugging.
- Take responsibility for the quality of what you ship, including performance, security, and reliability.
What we’re looking for
- Experience shipping and maintaining full-stack software used by real people.
- Strong TypeScript, Go, and React skills, with solid backend and data-modeling fundamentals.
- Good product judgment and attention to interaction details.
- The ability to turn an ambiguous problem into a practical solution and carry it through to production.
- Clear communication about technical decisions, tradeoffs, and progress.
Useful experience
- Browser automation, background jobs, or integrations with external systems.
- LLM-powered products, agent workflows, and evaluation.
- Building consumer software on a small team.
