Argo is building AI-powered job search and automated applications. We help people find relevant opportunities and handle the repetitive work of applying.
We’re looking for a Product Design Intern to design the flows people use to find jobs, review their applications, and handle replies from employers.
What you’ll do
- Own design projects from early sketches to shipped screens, working directly with engineers.
- Design flows across the product, from onboarding through job matches, applications, and the inbox.
- Build prototypes to test ideas quickly and refine them with feedback.
- Talk with job seekers and watch them use Argo, then use what you learn to shape the next version.
- Contribute to Argo’s design system so new screens stay consistent.
What we’re looking for
- Current enrollment in a design, HCI, or related degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- A portfolio that shows your process from problem to final design.
- Fluency in Figma and polished, high-fidelity screens.
- Clear explanations of design decisions and openness to critique.
Useful experience
- Consumer apps or mobile web experiences.
- Motion design, prototyping in code, or front-end development.
- User interviews or usability tests.
